Receivership Asset Sale Information

On August 22, 2023, Derek L. Chase & Associates Ltd. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the assets, undertakings and property of Fort St. James Pharmacy Ltd. dba IDA Lakeside Pharmacy and Nurture Rx Ltd. dba Nurture – Southbank and Nurture Granisle (the “Companies”) acquired for, or used in relation to, businesses carried on by the Companies (the “Receivership Order”).

The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase the right, title and interest in all of the assets, undertakings and property of the Companies subject to the Receivership Order.

Any interested party may request access to an electronic data room after completing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”)
