I had to file for bankruptcy I didn't want to do it. I owed the government to much money in taxes. Regrettably, due to a number of converging circumstances, I recently found myself in significant financial distress.
If you are reading this review, I presume you may be experiencing difficulties of your own, and are trying to plan a course of action ?

Respectfully, may I suggest, that proceeding with sound, honest, and personal advice, should be your next step. Furthermore, the sooner you take this path, the sooner you will experience the relief that you ultimately are so deserving of.

Throughout my career, I have had countless interactions with high profile individuals, professionals, corporations, and their support personnel.
If I may say so, this has resulted in fairly significant abilities to source out what I perceive to be the very “ Best of the Best” in the realm of most, if not all, professional services.

My ultimate experience with Chase and Associates, and in particular Len Hiquebran, has absolutely proven this out !

The attention to detail and follow up from Len and his team was unsurpassed, and not simply at the beginning, but throughout the entire process and beyond. Finding a better choice is an impossibility, in my opinion at least !

I had reached a point in my life where I had far too much debt and was retired from work, having no idea how to pay off my debt.
I was very worried and really didn't know what my choices were. Luckily, a couple of my friends had gone through something similar and suggested that I talk with Derek Chase, which is what I did.
I had a meeting with Derek Chase and he explained that I could do something called a consumer proposal and would be out of debt without having interest piling up from that debt. He was very easy to understand as he explained things that I really had no idea about prior to the meeting.
So, I went ahead with the consumer proposal, paying a reasonable monthly amount to Derek L Chase and Associates and then paying two larger amounts during March and April of this year and completely clearing my debt.
What a wonderful feeling! It was quite a painless process and I definitely recommend anyone in a similar situation to talk to Derek Chase about the possibility of clearing debt through a consumer proposal. If that isn't viable for others, I know that Derek Chase will be able to explain other options that might be better for them.

I was having problems with the CRA such as threatening phone calls & frozen bank accounts over a very small sum of money, even though I had made an agreement to pay. It was very stressful to say the least. Derek was able to help me and put my mind at ease. He was very clear in explaining my options and offered up a solution that worked for me. I found Derek, very attentive, supportive and considerate of the nerve racking feeling one goes through, when finally taking the plunge to get a handle on a reboot of one's finances. I also found Len, Debbie, and Ginnelle, professional and kind in the several years of following that one has working to reboot one's credit integrity. There's a lot of pride to set aside with the context of digging oneself out of one hole of debt. "Stop digging" as a metaphor is so true.
