Licensed Insolvency Trustee

After completing my articling at a local accounting firm, I spent some time working in industry as a controller of a logging company. Subsequently, I joined Chase & Associates. in 2017 and began working in the insolvency field. In June 2020 I completed my studies and was granted a license by the Federal Government to be a Licensed Insolvency Trustee

I first met Derek in 2016 and after a discussion with him, I realized the difference a Trustee can make to the lives of an individual. Now several years later, I still obtain satisfaction knowing the positive effect that we have on people’s lives.

Having a young family, most of my spare time is taken up just playing, having fun and enjoying all the perks of living in Campbell River with my daughter and my wife.

• 2012 – Diploma in Accounting, University of British Columbia
• 2015 – Chartered Accountant (CA) now Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
• 2019 – Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional (CIRP)
• 2020 – Licensed Insolvency Trustee

• Personal insolvency including Consumer Proposals to creditors, financial counseling and assignments into bankruptcy
• Corporate insolvency – including business restructuring via proposals, bankruptcy, and receiverships
